This is our NZ identity prject Shaeden and I made.

Dance Week 1

Last week We had our first dance session where we get our Formal Partners
I got Molly and Reia, We learnt how to do the Rock-in-Roll Reel and the Waltz.

Wellington prep Parliament week 1

On Wednesday We learnt about NZ Parliament 

somethings i learnt was that Bill English is Deputy Prime Minister and the speaker That usually starts is David Carter. The Serjent-in-arms  holds a Mace, weighs 8 KGs and is Stirling Silver coated with 18 carted gold

Maths Week 1

This is The Geometry booklet we got on Wednesday We had to do 2 pages this photo is about the first page I only got one wrong on this page and on the other I got one wrong so overall I got 2 wrong the first page is about Rotational Symmetry the other page is about Symmetry.

Te Reo week 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10

Every Friday We have done Maori lessons with our Maori teacher Matua Rihari
we have been learning about celebrations and birthdays.
Something I need to Improve on is pronunciation.

Puberty week 8,9,10

Walt Learn about The Ways your body changes during puberty.
So what We learnt that we had to say the correct words like Penis,Vagina, Breasts,Pubic hair and so on
 Now What Trying not to laugh when something funny happens or is said.

Maths Week 1,2,3,4,7,8,9,10

WALT:Explain Negative Numbers.

So What: I had no idea what it was so I choose something I didn't no anything about

Now What: Learn to interpret Vectors.

Writing 1,2,3,4,7,8,9,10

WALT: Write a speech and present it.

So What: We learnt what and how a speech is presented.

Now What: Choose an easier Topic or Not put heaps of information in it.

Reading 1,2,5,6,7,8,9,10

W.A.L.T: Learn Language Features of poems and stories.

So What:Learn Language features E.G Metaphors, Rhyme, Similes, Synonyms in poems one of my favourite poems was
Snail.

Now What: Look at a variety of Poems.

Term 3 Reflection

This Term has been very fun and exciting with  Puberty, Koru Games, No Hats, Kauri Talent Show and heaps more.
Three things i have done well is:
Koru games because I tried a new game Basket-Ball.
Writing Learning about poem Language Features.
Puberty Trying not to Laugh when something funny has been said.

Something I need to improve on is:
Maths because i need to keep on task when it is hard.
Homework because I keep forgetting to do 125 questions on IXL, and 2 sessions of Xtramath.
Reading because it is hard to know all the language features.

Koru Games.

Over The Last 3 Days was very tiring and exciting .

We had Koru Games on Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday.
 I really enjoyed playing Basket-Ball because We won some games and and lost some games but had a really good time.
I really improved on Shooting from the key and passing to others because I was never really good at it.

Overall I Will Remember is When we Versed Case Brook And I Intercepted a Pass.

Science

In science we have been doing learning the science terms like soluble, insoluble, denser  and chromatography 

Reading,Writing And Maths.

In Writing I have been doing speeches this is my introduction 

In Reading we have been doing a new program 

My new goal is learn the language features.

In maths I have been doing negative numbers I haven tried It yet

My New Reading Goal is Learn Language Features. It is kinda hard.


My New Maths is Negative Numbers I haven't tried it out yet but I hope it is easy.


My New Writing goal is Capitals And Full stops I have done an activity on capitals and I'm waiting for the Full stops activity. My Ither goal is sentence structure because since I had no gaps I used it off my achieved.


My behavior in the Boys' class is going great I haven't been off task for the whole week.

Hockey Discovery

Today Reuben and I tried preforming overheads I was so close to overhead and Reuben on the other hand could do it.
